Take Route 95 North to Maine. In Portland, get off at exit 44, Route 295, follow this and it will turn back into Route 95 N. At exit 28, Brunswick, Bath, get off onto Route 1 North. You will go through Brunswick, Bath, Wiscasset, Damariscotta, and then enter Waldoboro on Route 1. Take Route 220-South toward Friendship. It will be on your right. Follow Route 220-S as it curves through Waldoboro Center, and continue on this winding road for five and a half miles until you see "Flipper’s Market", a small convenience store, on your left. It is a long road, have faith, you will find "Flipper’s". There is a big Pepsi sign out front. Directly across from this is Schofield Corner, Back Cove Road. Take this right onto Back Cove Rd. Follow it all the way to the end where it looks as though you’ll run into a barn. Just past this, the road turns from paved to dirt. PLEASE do not exceed 15 MPH on the unpaved road. (The locals will have a fit!) When the dirt road forks, you are on our land, bear left along the water. You will go down a little hill, and up a little hill, at the top you have three choices, go straight, you will come to the water and our Prow Front House, with the pier and floats out front.
